Geroprotector No. 1: Procaine – The ASLAN Concept
The use of Procaine for neural therapeutic applications is well known and widespread. We differentiate between local, loco-regional (segmental), ganglia techniques and finally the treatment of interfering fields. Also dysbalances, malfunctions and blockades of inner organs like thyroid gland, adrenal gland, liver, spleen and pancreas as well as lymphatic system can be improved by using neural therapy. It is possible to increase the therapeutic success by the combination of Procain, approved natural remedies and healing affirmations. In detail there are being used ampoules of homeopathic, homotoxicologic, isopathic, anthroposophical and orthomolecular medicine as additives appropriate to the organ and indication. Finally, the neural therapeutic session will be completed by individual chosen psycho-somatic affirmations belonging to the organ as well as problems from the patient. This combination brings the appreciated neural therapy together with two „IN“s which means INgredients and INformation. During the workshop the background of the method will be presented and the main techniques will be demonstrated and trained with the participants.
Sanum Therapy for Microbial Balance
The human body consists of approx. 30x 1012 cells and there are at least ten times more bacteria and other microorganism. The highes concentration we have in the gut. The balance between symbiotic and protective bacteria and pathogens is very important for health and longevity. Using microbiome analysis we are able to understand and diagnose the intestinal situation. With the help of healthy nutrition, eating culture , pre- as well as probiotics we can correct dysbiosis and digestive dysfunctions. In this scope the use of SANUM remedies from fungi and bacteria it is possible to reach a sustainable and optimal balance in the gut. The Elements of the SANUM Therapy are System Regulation (supports regulatory capacity of individual body systems), Base Regulation (corrects milieu shifts) and Immune Regulation (of a disturbed or weakened immune system). We will discuss the approved strategies and health-promoting regulary functions.

Classical Homeopathy and Healthy Aging
Homeopathic and integrative treatment options Cancer patients often fall into a state of despair, dread, and hopelessness following cancer diagnosis. Added to this is the massive pressure from doctors, relatives and friends to initiate treatment as soon as possible. Decisions under this enormous psychological pressure situation are often not easy. It makes sense to catch the patient first in his fear and despair, to offer him correct information from all sides about his illness and the therapeutic possibilities.Especially after or concomitant with a severely onerous acute conventional medical cancer therapy, it often makes sense to start a classical homeopathic treatment, which takes into account the mental level as well as specifically affects the tumor and the body’s own defense. In addition, under the homeopathic treatment side effects of necessary conventional medical measures such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiation are often tolerated better and less side effects. After 15 years of clinical work with cancer patients, homeopathy has established itself as the most central support in the treatment concept. Using case studies, the homeopathic possibilities and limitations are shown.

Dr. med. Gesine Petereit M.A.
Dresden, Germany
Dr. Gesine Petereit, a physician dedicated to both body and soul, was born on February 23, 1969, in Leipzig. She studied medicine in Rostock, Nancy (France), and Dresden, earning her doctorate and receiving clinical and scientific training in Dresden and Nijmegen (Netherlands). Early in her career, she developed a strong interest in complementary medicine and was among the first to introduce a „Naturopathy“ lecture series at a university in newly unified Germany. She completed her medical training with distinction, specializing in General Medicine. After working at a clinic for biological tumor therapy in Greiz, she established her private practice in 2002, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care. She integrates the F.X. Mayr Therapy with mindfulness principles and applies established medical and psychotherapeutic treatments. Additionally, she has been a speaker at international conferences, offering insights into gut health through engaging lectures and workshops.
Longevity in the history of natural medicine
The presentation provides an overview of the analogies in various healing methodologies across different historical periods concerning the five pillars of naturopathy. Humanity, truthfulness, holism, and individual competencies form the fundamental basis of medical and therapeutic practice. This holistic perspective allows us, as complementary medicine practitioners, to implement a genuine and well-founded approach to medicine, both in specialized and socially competent areas. Since Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr’s groundbreaking focus on gut health, the therapy he developed—centered on the main pillars of sparing, training, cleansing, and substitution—has been incorporated into numerous healing concepts. In the modern healthcare system, the therapy according to F. X. Mayr is still being further established among treatment methods. By expanding this proven therapy with the principles of mindfulness through the Mindfulness-Mayr R approach, it integrates and enhances established medical and psychotherapeutic treatments. Combined with practical tips on dietetics and the practice and application of medical manual abdominal treatment, the therapy according to Dr. F. X. Mayr becomes a key aspect of complementary medical treatment concepts for chronic diseases. The shift towards a holistic, resource-oriented approach in combination with the principles of mindfulness is one of the main aspects of this treatment methodology, whose approaches are easily applicable for everyone..

Dr. Homer Lim
Manila, Philippines
Dr. Homer Lim is Manila based allopathically trained doctor who earlier worked on geriatrics, but has become one the pioneers of integrative medicine in Philippines. Like Lenny DaCosta in Goa, India, he came to realize how pill popping of elderly people has gone out of proportion and it inspired him to seek other, less invasive modalities like integrative oncology and anti-aging treatments in order to maintain health and quality of life. Nowadays he works at Akesis Holistic Health, a center specialized in holistic wellness and alternative cancer treatments in Manila, being probably the best alternative cancer treatment center Philippines offers, or one of the best at least. Formerly he used to operate in three different places, one of them being Belle Cosmetic Surgery & Wellness center in San Juan city where I had my visit in 2014. I had to update this article a bit after my visit due to changes in his working arrangements, but in this review I focus on my personal experience that time despite being now somewhat outdated location wise. He is giving the same treatments in the new location as well.

Valuable Anti-Aging Asian Herbs and Products (Part 1 & 2)
Since ancient times traditional Asian medicine has been interested in preventing and keeping the mind and body youthful and healthy. Over 2000 years ago the ancient text Huangdi Neijing first described concepts of health preservation (antiaging). Recent studies have shown that certain traditional Asian herbs and substances are effective in intervention or prevention of aging-associated disorders. Common aging
characteristics include reduced somatic stem cell number, susceptibility to cardiovascular injuries, metabolic imbalances, neurodegenerative diseases, and increased risk for oncogenesis.
Many of these aging characteristics can be mitigated with lifestyle, dietary, detoxification, and herbal strategies. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the kidney organ system holds the energetic blueprint “Jing” or “vital essence”. Its finite nature governs our growth, development, and reproductive capabilities – health and longevity. Thus, the adage “we are as old as our kidneys” Although the
Jing is finite because of environmental and biological influences, smart lifestyle choices and specific herbs and natural substances may help preserve it and promote health and longevity. Under the guidance of TCM theory, herbal medicines have long been used effectively to

combat disease and save lives. Several TCM herbal prescriptions, and health-promoting food substances have been used in antiaging treatment as Jing and Kidney tonics, and their antiaging properties have been demonstrated to be effective based on pharmacological experiments and clinical applications. Many traditional herbs have been shown to improve heart function, and ameliorate age-related reductions in brain performance, including memory, cognitive, and motor functions, via the preservation of redox homeostasis, telomere integrity, and inhibition of apoptosis. Additionally, certain traditional herbal preparations have been shown to delay intestinal aging

through three pathways: anti-inflammatory, improving intestinal-metabolites and balancing the intestinal microbiome.
This presentation is in two parts and will outline the basics of traditional Chinese medicine antiaging physiology and describe
12 unique Asian herbs and products that promote health and longevity potential. The feature Asian herbs and unique natural
substances to be discussed are: Shilajit, Royal Jelly, Goji berries or wolf berries, Codonopsis pilosula, Cordyceps sinensis,
Curcumae longae, Formula Si Wu Tang, Astragalus (Huang Qi), Rhodiola rosea, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Dang Shen), Ginseng, and Centella asiatica. Their beneficial properties, current clinical research, common usage, dosage, and culinary applications will
be presented.

Thomas has dedicated his life to redefining the medical paradigm. With proof of concept from hundreds of thousands of clients globally having achieved invaluable help with their health through his innovative methodologies, his main priority is now creating global accessibility to leading-edge health solutions. He is an idealist on a mission!

Redefining the medical paradigm
The current medical paradigm was developed before technologies existed for mapping out health challenges by the roots.

Symptom reduction naturally be came the main focus, not considering that most symptoms are consequential to important intrinsic responses to the problem. By interfering with the intrinsic healing processes, health challenges more easily develop to be come chronic. That, combined with the negative development of dietary factors, have resulted in more than half the population in the western world developing chronic health problems, and the statistics are getting worse every year.

The situation today is that technologies exist for assessing health in a much more comprehensive way, including mapping out trigger factors and underlying causations. Technologies also exist for fixing problems by the roots and restoring necessary self-regulating and self-healing mechanisms. And furthermore, the proof of concept and medical approvals already exist. What prevents the paradigm shift today is the enormous lag in implementation of new methodologies that don’t fit the current health care system. Scalability has also been lacking due to the intensive educational requirements for the new methodologies.

The presentation will cover these topics and paint the picture of what potential the redefined medical paradigm offers for detecting, solving, and preventing health challenges and optimizing health and longevity. The trend of the statistics for chronic illness must be turned around,
and the presentation will outline how it can be done through a new direction in medicine and vast implementation of technology-based methodologies.
